Chorus Performs at Lincoln Center

On Memorial Day of 2015, members of the Fox Valley Festival Chorus had the honor of performing in Avery Fisher Hall at Lincoln Center in New York City. Under the baton of esteemed American composer Mark Hayes, the Chorus was selected to participate in the performance of Hayes' Requiem as part of a concert entitled "Life and Remembrance." Performing at Lincoln Center accompanied by full orchestra was an amazing experience that will be remembered by all who participated.

Chorus Performs at Carnegie Hall

Members of the Fox Valley Festival Chorus had the honor of performing at New York City's famed Carnegie Hall on Memorial Day 2013. Music director Mary Beth McCarthy received a formal invitation to perform John Rutter's Requiem under the direction of Rutter himself. The group joined seven other groups from throughout the country and the New England Symphonic Emsemble on the Perelman Stage in the Isaac Stern Auditorium. This amazing opportunity truly energized the Chorus and we were proud to be part of this special event.
